Hallo, the course is realy great. But i make a mistake. My sourdough overfermentiert in the fridge. I take the dough 18 houers and Not 12 hours in the fridge. The bread Was Not doppelt bigger the bread in the Form Was 3 Times bigger. You Speak in the course about this beginnerproblem. Soresult Was after the heater the bread can Notbecome big enough. But the Struktur inside the dough Was realy good.So i know whats my mistake Was and i try again. The point ist i work to much and i must make a better timemanagement during my bakingprojekt.Thankyou for your intresting about my bakingnews.Best wishes Rainer

Jeg forventede opskrift samlingen i en lille bog som vist på billede. Og fik den først tilsendt, da jeg påpegede at den manglede.

Det er et godt online kursus, et lille ønske kunne være at de vedlagte opskrifter er med samme mængde råvare som I nævner i videoerne, ellers godt materiale, dog en smule besværligt at tilgå når jeg vil genbesøge næste gang jeg skal bage
