Receta de croissant de masa madre

1000g de harina de trigo
100 g de azúcar
200 g de agua
300g de leche entera
65 g de masa madre
10 g de levadura
1 huevo pequeño
25 g de sal
500 g de mantequilla

    Tak for jer, jeg er blevet bidt af surdej. Jeg har forsøgt mig med croissanter, men hvorfor smelter smørret i ovenen, så croissanterne bager i en pøl af smør?
